Many great restaurants were just a short walk away, and I could even catch glimpses of the Empire State Building from my room. The rooftop area was lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some small room size issues and elevator delays, the overall experience was pleasant.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, brand-new rooms, fantastic view of the king sky view room. 9 miles to the airport. Good service, especially helpful and attentive staff.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the queen room itself was reasonably spacious and practical. It had very central location close to Manhattan Skyline.

The view of empire state building from room & rooftop bar was truly unforgettable! room was clean & comfy, staff incredibly friendly & helpful. Only downside was pricey breakfast. Highly recommend! 🏙️

My recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues. the room was impeccably clean and comfy, offering a stunning view of the Empire State Building from both the room and the rooftop bar. the location was another bonus, being extremely close to iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Times Square. the staff professionalism and attentiveness really made my stay exceptional.

One minor downside was the small elevators, which could be a bit cramped and sometimes required a bit of a wait, especially for larger groups or guests with oversized luggage. Improving the elevator system efficiency could enhance the overall guest experience without impacting the charm of this hotel.

The breakfast was nice and all the staff were friendly and professional. We appreciated the privacy and the staff's attention to our needs, including a letter under the door and phone call to check if we needed any assistance. a great hotel experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it provides a hotel in the heart of New York City. Whether you're looking for social spaces or meeting rooms to take care of business, it's also your office, your gym, your living room, and a place to mingle and make new friends.

I wished there was an in-room coffee maker as it would have been convenient for my work mornings.

We absolutely loved BARlo's chic ski lodge meets urban jungle themed private terrace for unique events. The cozy ambiance and stylish decor made it the perfect spot for our family to relax and unwind. The fleet of high quality city bikes provided by the hotel was a fantastic way for us to explore the surrounding neighborhoods. It added an element of adventure to our stay, and the kids had a blast riding around the area.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel. We found the options a bit limited for keeping the little ones entertained during our downtime.

Although there were a couple of small drawbacks, such as the lack of a bathtub in our room, we were still able to enjoy a lovely shower after a long day of exploring. Additionally, my companion had some difficulty with the height of the toilet, so having a small squatty-Potty styled device would benefit those who are shorter or children.

Close to Train station and just in the city center, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat.
